More About Adrenaline Junkies TT
Adrenaline Junkies TT is the brainchild of Joshua Prescott, a 25 year old American who was raised in Trinidad & Tobago. Joshua has been involved in sports since the age of 4 and has competed in soccer and mixed martial arts competitions for most of his life.
In 2019, Joshua decided to turn his passion for fitness into a business and launched Adrenaline Junkies TT. Since his launch, he has helped numerous people not only improve their physical fitness but also their mental & emotional health.
During the 2020 pandemic Joshua hosted free online workouts 3 days a week, for 15 weeks in an attempt to bring light during an extremely dark time for everyone.
Currently, Joshua has a handful of online workout programs available to his clients. His workouts consist of body weight and resistance band exercises and numerous exercise variations. The structure of his workouts make it easy for anyone to join in and progress at their own pace.

I'm the Fitness Director at Adrenaline Junkies TT. I've been involved in sports since the age of 4, competing in sports such as swimming, football, boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, and Mixed Martial Arts. I officially became a certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist in 2019 with certification from ISSA, Wageningen University & Research & other institutions. My goal as a trainer is to lead my clients through complete lifestyle changes, making the journey as enjoyable as possible while doing so. It's been a pleasure serving you thus far, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds.
I’m the first smiling face you’d see at Adrenaline Junkies. I am happy to answer your questions, help resolve concerns and make your visits enjoyable. It is important to me that all clients feel safe and well taken care of ,when at the gym. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
I am a certified yoga instructor with Himalayan Yoga Institue. I have been practicing for about 2 and a half years now and it has been a life changing journey.
Not only have I been pushed to explore my flexibility but the presence and awareness needed on my mat has pushed me to explore presence and awareness off my mat also.
At the Stretching/Recovery sessions that I host at AJ, I incorporate this Holistic Approach. This allows individuals to expand their range of motion while calming their minds.
I'm a Personal Trainer with an ISCA certification and over 3 years of experience in the industry. Fitness has always been a passion of mine. My creativity and ability to make exercise fun has made my job a total joy , for both my clients and myself. I hope to guide you on your fitness journey and make it as enjoyable as I possibly can.
I am a Sport Nutrition Consultant and I have always been involved in, and a lover of sport and exercise. I am certified by the International Society of Sport Nutrition. My work focuses on practical application of the scientific theories around nutrient utilization in different fields, under different conditions and for different purposes.
I am also passionate about the role of nutrition as an asset to holistic development.
